Regarding the process for joining JSKA, please follow the steps below:

2.If you are interested to join the JSKA, please send the following documents by email.

• Application for affiliation
• Career history of the representative (Karate history) 
• A copy of your karate qualification documents (certificate etc.)
• List of your instructors

3.About the transfer from another organization, please register for transfer of Dan and qualification.

• Registration fee 50 USD /person will be required

Enrollment procedure:
1. Approval from the JSKA Board of Directors based on the application
2. Remittance for the required fees (branch fee, membership fee, etc)
3. After payment we will send you branch and Dan certificates, etc.

About membership registration:

All members need to be registered to JSKA. Membership registration is renewed every March 31.

About grading and its registration
At JSKA, qualified examiner can give examinations based on the rules to grade their students. (See Technical rule Article 9-3)
1. In the examination, the examiner can take the examination fee from applicants (fee to be determined by examiner).
2. Japan Headquarters issue the certificates based on the application from examiner.
3. Examiner awards certificate to the successful applicant.
